Ancient Superfood Chocolate Oats
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp Maca Powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp Cacao Powder (use 1 tbsp if you desire a strong chocolate taste)
Toppings – optional
Cover the rolled oats in filtered water and allow to soak overnight in the fridge.
In a small saucepan, combine the oats with the rest of the ingredients and cook over a low heat. To ensure a smooth consistency, add a little extra milk/water where needed.
Pour the cooked oats into a bowl and top with coconut yoghurt, fresh berries, nut butter and Power Super Foods Chia Seeds, if using.
