Apple Ring Snacks
Super easy super charged snacking for the perfect afternoon pick-me-up . Every ingredient has a benefit including antioxidant and nutrient rich goldenberries, goji berries and cacao nibs.
Slice apples across into 1-2cm slices so that the core and seeds are in the centre
Remove centre seeds and core using a knife or something circular such as a piping tip, to create donut shapes
Spread each slice with nut butter
Top each slice with granola, Crunchy Goldenberries, Goji Berries and cacao nibs of choice
