Blackberry Acai Bliss Balls
These blackberry açai bliss balls are the perfect healthy snack - delicious, wholesome plus quick and easy to make. We think they're berry good!
As a super fruit powder, açai is a rich source of protective antioxidants, (to defend the body against disease and ageing) omega fatty acids, amino acids, calcium, vitamin A and dietary fibre.
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blackberries
1/4 cup of oats (gluten free if required)
2 pitted dates
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
1 tbsp cashew butter (or other nut butter)
1 tbsp Power Super Foods Acai Powder
optional power boost: 1 tsp Power Super Foods Maca Powder
1tsp Power Super Foods Chia Seeds
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a paste is formed.
Place mixture in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Roll mixture into balls and then roll in extra coconut.
Pop balls into mouth for instant snacking relief.
Balls keep best in the fridge for about 4 -6 days
