Broccoli salad with tamari and dulse flake dressing
1 head of broccoli
3 Brussels sprouts
1 cup spinach leaves
3 spring onions
1 tbsp macadamia oil
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp dulse flakes
Preheat over at 200 degrees.
Chop the head of the broccoli into small pieces and drizzle with macadamia oil and sprinkle chill flakes. Lay on a tray and bake for 10-15 min of until crisp.
Chop your Brussels sprouts in half and drizzle with macadamia oil and sprinkle cumin, oregano and dulse flakes over the top. Lay on a tray and bake for 10-15 min of until crisp.
Meanwhile start by layering your spinach on the bowl.
Spirilize your zucchini and layer on top of the spinach. Followed by your broccoli and Brussels sprouts once cooked. Then top with spring onions.
In a small bowl mix the tahini, coconut oil and dulse flakes well and drizzle of the top.
