Method
Blend first layer smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Split smoothie mixture into three tall glasses.
Blend second layer smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Split smoothie mixture into the three tall glasses, layering over the first layer smoothie ingredients.
Blend third layer smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Split smoothie mixture into the three tall glasses, layering over the second layer smoothie ingredients.
Finish by topping each smoothie with coconut yoghurt, shredded coconut and fresh fruit.
