Overnight Winter Smoothie Bowl
Combine oat ingredients together in a bowl and leave in the fridge overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
Blend the overnight oat mixture with a splash of water until smooth. (Cook’s note: If you skip this step the mixture will turn to porridge).
Warm the mixture in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring half way.
Pour oats into serving bowls and top with Cacao Crunch, cooked blueberries and grapes.
