Power up for the day with this nutrition rich superfood smoothie. For those that like optimum nutrition in one simple delivery system, this one is power packed with superberries and antioxidants as well as Maca and Cacao for sustained energy and Chia for omega-3s and fibre.
Ingredients

3 cups milk of choice

2 tsp Power Super Foods Acai Powder
-
1.5 tsp Power Super Foods Maca Powder

1 tsp Power Super Foods Cacao Powder
-
2 tsp Power Super Foods Chia Seeds (best pre-ground in spice/coffee grinder)

1 large banana (or 2 small)

1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries eg. Blueberries, strawberries

1 Tbsp soaked Power Super Foods Goji Berries

1 Tbsp soaked Power Super Foods Goldenberries

1 Tbsp Power Super Foods Coconut Sugar (if using tart berries like blackberries, etc)

Whack all in blender or food processor until desired consistency reached
