Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Once completely smooth, pour into a serving jug.
Combine mashed banana, almond milk, Power Super Foods Peruvian Salt and Coconut Sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
Sift flour, baking powder, spices and Power Super Foods Maca Powder into the bowl. Mix until well combined and set aside to stand for 15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick fry pan over medium heat. Once hot, reduce heat to low and add a small amount of your preferred oil (we used coconut oil). Add pancake mix in 1/4 cup measurements, cooking each side for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve pancakes warm with chocolate goji sauce and fresh berries.
