- 1/2 cup rolled oats - use gluten free if required
- 1/2 cup oat flour (or use all rolled oats)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 2 tsp Maca Powder
- Up to 2 tsp liquid sweetener such as maple or agave syrup
- 1 cup milk of choice
- Dark Chocolate Chunks (optional)
Chocolate Sauce
- 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Maca Powder
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp tahini
- Enough milk to make a smooth sauce
Directions
- In a bowl combine the oats, oat flour, baking powder, Cacao Powder, Maca Powder, chocolate chunks if using and stir together
- Add the milk along with the syrup and mix together
- Pour into an oven proof dish and pop into a pre heated oven at 180 C for 15-18 minutes
- While this is cooking, make the sauce
Chocolate Sauce
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together until you get a nice smooth sauce consistency (you also have the option to heat the sauce up if you wished)
- Allow the baked oats to cool slightly and pour over some of the sauce
- Use the remaining sauce to pour over once you've served the baked oats into a bowl
