2-3 frozen ripe bananas

2 teaspoons Power Super Foods Elderberry Powder

Splash of soy milk (or other plant based milk)

Optional: 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup

2 tablespoons Power Super Foods Chia Seeds

⅓ cup soy milk (or other plant based milk)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tsp maple syrup

Directions
Nice Cream
Add the banana and soy milk to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy
Add the elderberry powder and blend again to combine
Chia Pudding
Whisk ingredients together and set in the fridge for 30 minutes (or overnight) to thicken, stirring occasionally
Serve the chia pudding and nice cream in a jar and enjoy
