150g Raw Cacao Powder

300g Raw Cacao Butter
-
100g Liquid Sweetener eg. maple syrup, honey, (agave for non-paleo)

Pinch of salt

Goji Berries
-
Maqui Powder
-
Acai Powder
-
Goldenberries or Crunchy Goldenberries

orange zest
-
vanilla bean
-
grated ginger
-
shredded coconut
-
crushed nuts etc etc
OPTIONAL:
Directions
Combine the butter, powder, sweetener and salt in a small saucepan
Melt over a double boiler (or on a very low heat on the stove) until liquid smooth.
Spoon into chocolate moulds or funny shaped ice cube trays, refrigerate for a half hour, and pop out onto plate.
