This Beetroot Strawberry Chia Pudding is deliciously sweet with multiple layers of "creamy" dairy free goodness. Our organic beetroot powders contains only 100% organic Aussie beets with a superior sweet earthy taste and luscious vivid colour.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Beetroot Powder

250 ml Almond Milk

1/2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1 Tsp Vanilla
-
1/2 Cup Strawberries
-
4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Directions
Add an additional tablespoon of Beetroot Powder for the darker layer
Add 4 Tbsp organic Chia Seeds to the liquid mixture and stir until mixed
Layer with vanilla coconut yoghurt and top with berries
