2-3 frozen bananas
2 tsp PSF Maca Smoothie
2 tsp PSF Cacao Powder
A pinch of cinnamon
1/4 of coconut almond mylk (or straight almond, coconut rice, or soy)
banana, strawberries, berries, muesli, buckwheat, hemp seeds, cacao nibs. nuts and seeds, etc
In a high powered blender, blend the frozen bananas, maca smoothie powder, cacao powder, cinnamon, and mylk until thick and creamy.
Pour into a bowl, and top with sliced fruit, muesli, buckwheat, seeds, etc, of your choice (and little extra dark choccy sprinkled on top, if you’re feelin’ it).
