Crunchy Choc Goji Granola

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.

2. Mix the oats, buckwheat, goji berries, seeds and nibs in a bowl.

3. In a small saucepan, mix the rice malt syrup, cacao powder and vanilla and heat until syrupy, stirring constantly.

4. Pour the wet into the dry, mix until fully combined and sticky.

5. Pour onto a baking tray, press down, and bake for 20-25 minutes.

6. It will still be soft upon coming out of the oven, but leave to cool and it will harden up into tasty chunks.

7. Break into chunks and store in an airtight jar or container.
