1 teaspoon Power Super Foods Elderberry Tea
1 cup almost boiling filtered water
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
Squeeze of lemon
Cinnamon stick or powder
Cloves
Orange peel
Grated fresh ginger
Grated fresh turmeric
Thyme
Add Elderberry Powder to your favourite mug
Top with nearly boiled water
Stir in honey or maple and any additional spices or herbs
Allow to steep for a few minutes
