Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Power Super Foods Elderberry Tea
- 1 cup almost boiling filtered water
- 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
- Squeeze of lemon
Optional boosters
- Cinnamon stick or powder
- Cloves
- Orange peel
- Grated fresh ginger
- Grated fresh turmeric
- Thyme
Directions
Add Elderberry Powder to your favourite mug
Top with nearly boiled water
Stir in honey or maple and any additional spices or herbs
Allow to steep for a few minutes
