A source of zeaxanthin, a potent antioxidant which studies have indicated may assist with eye health, Goji Berries also contain both essential and non-essential amino acids and some protein.

Goji berries also contain both essential and non-essential amino acids and some protein.
Power Super Foods
Bring water to the boil and add slices of organic ginger to taste. Simmer for up to 10 mins to infuse the water.
Add 3 Tbsp of Power Super Foods organic Goji Berries and steep for up to 5 minutes.
Remove ginger and Goji Berries (save those plump juicy antioxidant rich berries for eating or using in smoothies or baking)
Add the infused water to your teapot and serve with lemon and honey (or preferred sweetener) to taste. Serves 2.
If you're time poor just add boiling water to sliced ginger and gojis in your cup and allow to steep.
