Vegan Chocolate Tart

Directions

Crust

1. Pre heat oven at 200C lower to 180C for baking crust

   
   

2. Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse to get a mixture combined together.
   

3. Press the mixture into a tart tin and bake for 30 minutes
   

Ganache

1. Melt the chopped chocolate in a heat proof glass container and add 2 tablespoons of cacao powder  
   

2. Heat the cream until just simmering
   

3. Pour the warm cream over the chocolate and stir until smooth
   

4. Add one avocado and using a hand blender, blend for 3 minutes until it’s a smooth consistency.
   

5. Enjoy the chocolate tart with fresh fruits such as raspberries and strawberries. I have also sprinkled delicious Power Super Foods Cacao Crunch on the top
