1 tbsp Power Super Foods organic Wild Blueberry Powder
½ cup Power Super Foods Chia Seeds
2 cups milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp maple syrup
Yoghurt
Fruit
Mix Blueberry Powder with Chia Seeds and Milk and store in the fridge for 3-6 hours until a jelly like consistency is formed
Make the pink layer by mixing yoghurt with 1 tsp of wild blueberry powder,
Layer with puffed quinoa or granola, golden kiwi fruit and passion fruit (or other fruit of choice)
