5 tsp Acai Powder
3 tsp Coconut Sugar
2 tsp Maca Powder
1 cup rolled oats
4 tbsp coconut milk
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp Cacao Crunch
1 cup frozen blueberries, cooked for 2-3 minutes in 2 tbsp water until soft
Sliced black grapes, to garnish
Combine oat ingredients together in a bowl and leave in the fridge overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
Blend the overnight oat mixture with a splash of water until smooth. (Cook’s note: If you skip this step the mixture will turn to porridge).
Warm the mixture in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring half way.
Pour oats into serving bowls and top with Cacao Crunch, cooked blueberries and grapes.
