Ingredients
1 Tbsp Power Super Foods Beetroot Powder
1 cup cashews soaked for 4 hours
2 Tbsp maple syrup
200g frozen raspberries
400mls coconut cream
Directions
Blend ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth
Add a couple of frozen raspberries to your ice cream moulds and pour the mixture over the top
Place in the freezer overnight
