White Chocolate Coconut Truffles

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor until well combined.

2. If the mixture is a little too runny, place into freezer for 30 – 60 mins to harder a little. (different coconut creams can have different textures)

3. Roll the truffle mix into equal sized balls.

4. Roll into a small amount of extra desiccated coconut.

5. Store in the fridge until ready to eat/serve.
