Good for you, good for the planet
These powerful berries provide a good source of potassium and fibre as well as a source of iron, protein, beta-carotene, antioxidants and pectin. Sourced from small-scale farmers in the tropical regions of Peru, our goldenberries are grown organically and gently dried with nothing added.
Ways to enjoy
Goldenberries are delicious as an energising snack straight out of the bag or sprinkled on salads, breakfast bowls and yoghurt for a nutritious pop of flavour and texture. They can also be added to raw and baked treats, energy balls, jams, sauces, blended in a smoothie or smothered in raw chocolate for a decadent yet healthy treat.
Origins of goldenberries
More commonly known as ‘Cape Gooseberry’ or Inca berries, this native of South America travelled the world with seafarers as an important, easy to grow, nutritious
and fresh fruit source. They were even grown and prized by early Australian settlers!
