Apple Snack Rings

Directions

1. Slice apples across into 1-2cm slices so that the core and seeds are in the centre

2. Remove centre seeds and core using a knife or something circular such as a piping tip, to create donut shapes

3. Spread each slice with nut butter 

4. Top each slice with granola, Crunchy Goldenberries, Goji Berries and cacao nibs of choice
