Super easy super charged snacking for the perfect afternoon pick-me-up . Every ingredient has a benefit including antioxidant and nutrient rich goldenberries, goji berries and cacao nibs.

Ingredients

Apples sliced across in 1cm slices so that the seeds are in the centre

Nut butter such as almond or peanut

Crunchy Goldenberries

Goji Berries

Lucuma Cacao Nibs or Cacao Crunch or Cacao Nibs

Granola - we used Tigernut Granola
Directions
Slice apples across into 1-2cm slices so that the core and seeds are in the centre
Remove centre seeds and core using a knife or something circular such as a piping tip, to create donut shapes
Spread each slice with nut butter
Top each slice with granola, Crunchy Goldenberries, Goji Berries and cacao nibs of choice
