Cacao Chia Pudding with cacao paste

Directions

Chia Pudding

1. Mix together the Chia Seeds, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 250ml almond milk and vanilla

Cacao Paste prep

1. Place 6 paste buttons with 2 tbsp nut milk and 1 tbsp maple syrup in a heatproof bowl over a pan of water

2. Bring water to simmer, turn off heat and allow buttons to melt slowly, stirring regularly

3. Add the melted cacao paste buttons to the chia pudding and mix together

4. Add extra milk if required

5. Layer pudding in a glass container with fruits such as strawberries and kiwi fruit

6. Place in fridge for 6 hours to allow to set and form a gel like consistency

7. Serve topped with cacao nibs, fruit, pitaya or coconut yoghurt
