Ingredients
3 frozen bananas
1/3 cup thick part of coconut milk (you can get this by refrigerating the coconut milk prior)
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1/4 cup Power Super Foods Lucuma Powder
Handful of frozen strawberries 🍓
Topping: 2 tsp Lucuma Cacao Nibs
Directions
Blend until creamy
Top with nibs and fruit
