70g Power Super Foods Cacao Butter
1 and ½ cups Smooth Peanut Butter (no added salt or oils)
Handful Power Super Foods Lucuma Cacao Nibs
4 tbsp Power Super Foods Lucuma Powder
3 tbsp maple Syrup (more can be added if you prefer it sweeter)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of quality flaky salt
Chop Power Super Foods Cacao Butter for even melting.
Gently heat Cacao Butter in a bowl over simmering water
Stir in Lucuma Powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla and salt
Pour into a lined tin and scatter with Lucuma Cacao Nibs and an additional pinch of salt
Refrigerate until set (around 2 hours)
Slice up and enjoy. Fudge can be stored in fridge or freezer.
