Make two batches – one to gift and one to eat.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Power Super Foods Cacao Butter
- ½ cup Power Super Foods Cacao Powder
- ½ cup nut or seed Butter (this one has peanut)
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup Power Super Foods Goldenberries
- ¼ cup Power Super Foods Goji Berries
- ¼ cup Power Super Foods Cacao Nibs
- ¼ cup nuts such as almonds and pistachios
Directions
Melt cacao butter gently (to retain antioxidants and give the best texture) in a small saucepan
Remove from heat and add cacao powder to combine
Add nut/seed butter, maple syrup and pinch of salt. Stir until combined.
Stir through fruit and nut mix.
Pour mixture into moulds or a large container, sprinkle with additional fruit and nuts.
Place in refrigerator
Once set, cut into squares or rectangles
