Superfoods Festive Fudge

Directions

1. Melt cacao butter gently (to retain antioxidants and give the best texture) in a small saucepan

2. Remove from heat and add cacao powder to combine

3. Add nut/seed butter, maple syrup and pinch of salt. Stir until combined.

4. Stir through fruit and nut mix.

5. Pour mixture into moulds or a large container, sprinkle with additional fruit and nuts.

6. Place in refrigerator

7. Once set, cut into squares or rectangles
