A richly decadent healthy cacao treat
Ingredients
Bottom Layer:
-
1 tablespoon Cacao Gold Cacao Powder

1/4 cup Cacao Gold Cacao Butter
-
1/2 cup hazelnut meal
-
1/2 cup walnuts
-
1/4 cup maple syrup
Top Layer:
-
1 small avocado mashed
-
1/2 cup Cacao Gold Cacao Powder
-
1/4 Cup carob powder
-
1/4 cup rice syrup
-
1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
-
1 teaspoon lucuma or Maca Powder
-
<1/4 cup desiccated coconut
-
1/4 cup of Cacao Butter melted
-
Crunch Goldenberries, cranberries or fruit of choice
Directions
Bottom layer:
In a strong blender mix 1 Tablespoon Cacao Gold Powder, Cacao Gold Butter, hazelnut meal, walnuts and maple syrup.
Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Press mixture evenly along the bottom.
Dot with goldenberries or cranberries or dried fruit of your choice (or a mix of any - 1/3 cup max).
Freeze for 20 mins.
Top Layer:
Blend all top layer ingredients together.
Remove the tin from the freezer, spread top layer mixture evenly over bottom layer.
Dust with desiccated coconut
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Lift out of the tin, remove liner and carefully slice into small squares and enjoy!
