Maple Fudgey Bites

Directions

Bottom layer:

1. In a strong blender mix 1 Tablespoon Cacao Gold Powder, Cacao Gold Butter, hazelnut meal, walnuts and maple syrup.

2. Line a loaf tin with baking paper.

3. Press mixture evenly along the bottom.

4. Dot with goldenberries or cranberries or dried fruit of your choice (or a mix of any - 1/3 cup max).

5. Freeze for 20 mins.

Top Layer:

1. Blend all top layer ingredients together. 

2. Remove the tin from the freezer, spread top layer mixture evenly over bottom layer.

3. Dust with desiccated coconut

4. Refrigerate 1 hour.

5. Lift out of the tin, remove liner and carefully slice into small squares and enjoy!
